Glass Eyes

Glass Eyes are items obtainable in Silent Hill: Origins. To retrieve them, Travis must finish an Anatomy Puzzle found in the 1F Exam Room of Alchemilla Hospital. Upon completing it, the model's eyes will open, allowing the player to remove them. Inserting them into the death mask door on the first floor of the Otherworld Alchemilla Hospital unlocks it.

It is worth noting that the same model, when examined in Otherworld, will become a real corpse with missing eyes.
